A family-owned HVAC contractor, serving North Jersey since 2009.
Pacific Air HVAC installs, repairs, and maintains heating, cooling, and air quality systems for homes and businesses across Passaic, Bergen, Essex, Morris, and Hudson counties.

The company began with one van and a trade.
Founded in Clifton. Family-owned and family-operated today.
Pacific Air HVAC was founded in Clifton in 2009 by Ali, who started the company with a single 1994 Ford Econoline van and a background in sheet metal work. The early years were spent on residential service calls throughout Passaic County, and the company's reputation was built on the quality of completed work.
The company has since grown to a fleet of six trucks and a team of more than thirty technicians, fabricators, and office staff. That growth has been deliberate. Each expansion of the service area followed demand from existing customers, and each new team member is trained to the standards set on the company's first jobs.
Pacific Air remains family-owned and family-operated, and the practices established at the beginning have not changed. Ductwork is fabricated in our own shop. Permits are filed for every job that requires them. Pricing is provided in writing before work begins.

Three principles guide how we operate.
They apply to every job, residential and commercial.
Professionalism
Technicians arrive on schedule, in uniform, and prepared for the work. Job sites are protected while work is underway and cleaned before we leave.
Reliability
Commitments are kept. Appointment windows, project timelines, and written quotes are treated as obligations, and we communicate promptly when conditions change.
Care
Recommendations are based on what the building requires. When a repair is sufficient, a repair is what we recommend.

Sheet metal fabrication, performed in our own shop.
Most HVAC contractors order ductwork from third-party fabricators. Pacific Air operates its own sheet metal shop in Clifton, where every duct, transition, and plenum we install is measured, cut, and formed by our own staff.
Fabricating in-house allows ductwork to be built to the exact dimensions of each building rather than adapted from standard sizes. It also removes outside lead times from project schedules, which keeps installations on the dates we commit to.
