Ductwork & Fabrication
Pacific Air operates its own sheet metal shop in Clifton. Ductwork is measured on site, fabricated by our staff, and installed by the same company — one point of responsibility from measurement to inspection.

Licensed technicians
Work is performed by NJ-licensed, insured, EPA-certified employees of Pacific Air — not subcontractors.
Permits filed
Permits are filed for all qualifying work, and installations are inspected by the municipality.
No travel fees
Estimates are free and no travel fees are charged anywhere in the five-county service area.
Loss of heating or cooling is scheduled first.
Same-day and next-day appointments are available in most of the service area. During extreme weather, calls involving loss of heat or loss of cooling are placed at the front of the schedule. Calling the office directly is the fastest way to be seen.

We present both options with their costs. As a general guideline, when a system is beyond fifteen years of age and a repair would exceed one third of the cost of replacement, replacement is usually the better use of the money. The decision remains yours in every case.
We install all major brands and hold installer certifications from Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, and The Unico System. Recommendations are based on the building, the budget, and the intended length of ownership rather than on any single manufacturer.
By a Manual J load calculation performed at the property, which accounts for square footage, insulation, windows, and layout. We do not size equipment by matching whatever was installed previously.
Yes. Residential plans include spring cooling and fall heating visits with priority scheduling between them. Commercial plans add documented service records for every unit and response ahead of non-plan calls.
Financing is available to qualified customers on installations and replacements. Terms are presented with the written quote so the monthly cost can be compared directly against the project total.
