North Jersey and the New York metro, served from one shop in Clifton.
Our trucks dispatch daily from 16 Orono St in Clifton to all of North Jersey, and we schedule work across New York City and the lower Hudson Valley. The maps below show both sides of the river.
View the counties belowPassaic County
Passaic County is where the company was founded and where our shop operates. Response times here are the shortest in the service area, and the county accounts for the largest share of our work — full system installations, ductwork retrofits in older two-family homes, and same-day repair.
Bergen County
Bergen County's housing runs heavily to postwar single-family construction, and much of our work here is full system replacement in homes reaching the end of their second or third system. Ductless mini-splits for additions and finished attics are the county's other constant.
Essex County
Essex County has some of the oldest housing stock in the service area. Boiler and radiator service is a large part of our work here, along with high-velocity system installations in homes that were built without ductwork and are difficult to retrofit conventionally.
Morris County
Morris County work centers on complete system installations and replacements in larger single-family homes, and the county leads our service area in cold-climate heat pump and dual-fuel installations.
Hudson County
Hudson County is the most densely built part of the service area, and our work here reflects it: PTAC service and replacement in multifamily buildings, commercial systems for street-level businesses, and ductless mini-splits in rowhouses where conventional ductwork does not fit.
Union County
Union County holds some of the densest older housing in the state, and the work there reflects it: boiler and radiator service in two-family homes, ductless mini-splits where ductwork was never built, and commercial systems along the county's retail corridors. Work is scheduled in advance from Clifton.
Sussex County
Sussex County is the rural northwest of the service area, and much of its housing sits beyond the natural gas grid. Installations here center on cold-climate heat pumps, ductless systems for lake homes, and replacements for the oil and propane equipment the county's older houses were built around.
Warren County
Warren County work runs to complete system installations and replacements in single-family homes, along with heat pump conversions in houses heated by oil. Larger projects travel well, and every job is quoted in writing after an assessment at the property.
New York City and the lower Hudson Valley.
Manhattan
Manhattan work is apartment and building work: PTAC service and replacement, ductless systems in co-ops and condos where the board has approved them, and commercial systems for street-level businesses. Clifton sits fifteen miles from the George Washington Bridge, and projects are scheduled in advance with building management.
Brooklyn
Brooklyn's brownstone belt is some of the most demanding HVAC territory in the region — plaster walls, no ductwork, and no appetite for losing either. Our work here runs to ductless and high-velocity systems in rowhouses, boiler service in prewar buildings, and commercial systems for storefronts.
Queens
Queens holds the widest housing range in the city — detached single-family homes, attached rowhouses, co-op towers, and commercial strips — and the work spans the same range, from central systems in Bayside to ductless zones in Astoria apartments to PTAC programs in larger buildings.
The Bronx
Bronx work centers on the borough's prewar apartment stock: steam and hot-water boiler service, PTAC replacement in multifamily buildings, and ductless installations in the detached homes of the borough's eastern neighborhoods.
Staten Island
Staten Island is the borough that looks most like our New Jersey work — detached single-family homes with conventional ductwork — and the jobs match: central air installation and replacement, furnace work, and heat pump conversions, reached directly from the New Jersey side.
Westchester County
Westchester runs from the apartment buildings of Yonkers and Mount Vernon to large single-family homes in the county's north, and the work runs with it: boiler service in prewar co-ops, central system replacements, and cold-climate heat pumps in houses built before air conditioning.
Rockland County
Rockland is the closest New York county to our shop — the Tappan Zee corridor sits under an hour from Clifton — and the work is suburban single-family: system replacements, ductless additions, and heat pump installations in homes across the county's villages.
Orange County
Orange County anchors the northern edge of the service area. Installations and full system replacements are the work that travels here — larger projects scheduled in advance — along with heat pump conversions in the county's older housing.
Putnam County
Putnam's housing is rural and lake-adjacent, much of it beyond the gas grid, and the work follows the same pattern as our New Jersey northwest: cold-climate heat pumps, ductless systems, and replacements for aging oil equipment, scheduled in advance.

The areas above are where we work most often, not the limits of where we go. Larger installations and commercial projects travel furthest, on both sides of the river. A short call settles the question.
