White Plains' office floors are becoming exam rooms.
White Plains' office buildings keep converting floor by floor to medical and professional use — and an exam room asks things of a building's air that a cubicle never did.
The medical-suite fit-out.
A practice moving into office space inherits HVAC designed for desks: one zone across what must become exam rooms held at patient-comfort temperatures, waiting areas with real occupancy, procedure spaces with ventilation obligations, and staff areas that keep their own hours. Our fit-outs rebuild the suite's climate for clinical use — zones drawn to the practice's floor plan, exam and procedure rooms given the air changes their use calls for, equipment selected for the quiet a consultation requires — and the work is staged around the building's rules and the practice's patient schedule, because a working practice cannot close for its own improvement.
The downtown around the buildings.
White Plains' retail, restaurants, and residential towers carry their own systems, and we serve them on the same scheduled basis from Clifton — commercial work booked after hours, residential and unit-equipment service arranged with managements in advance, every scope in writing.
Frequently Asked Questions
White Plains questions, where the office floors became exam rooms.
Can our White Plains suite be converted for medical use without relocating the practice?
Usually, yes — fit-outs stage across evenings and weekends with the suite functional between phases. The sequencing is written into the proposal alongside the mechanical scope.
What does an exam room need that an office doesn't?
Tighter temperature control for patients who are undressed and waiting, ventilation appropriate to the room's use, and sound levels that respect the conversation. The design treats each exam room as its own small climate.
Pacific Air also serves neighboring Scarsdale and New Rochelle.
