Lake Mohawk's architecture is governed on purpose, and an installation there is designed twice: once for the equipment and once for the eye. We select units whose profile and sound suit a community where houses sit close to shared water, site them off the lake-facing elevations where the lot allows, route and conceal line sets as part of the design rather than an afterthought, and prepare whatever documentation the community's review expects — before the proposal is final, not after a complaint. The other lake sections of the township get the same care whether or not a review board asks for it.

Sparta's lakeside homes work year-round now, and the township's installations lean accordingly: cold-climate heat pumps carrying real winters, ductless zones for lake rooms and additions, and humidity handled as part of the design in houses that live beside water. Projects are scheduled in advance from Clifton with the timeline stated in the proposal.
